With regards to the home base- Adinkra Cultural Arts Studio, class cancellations and live forums will be announced in the coming days.

You can help by practicing all of the good safety precautions recommended by the US Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and our local health departments.

To this end, prior to coming:

3. Understanding this is allergy and cold season, be sure to cover your mouth with a tissue or elbow when you sneeze or cough and immediately wash/sanitize their hands.

No additional disinfection beyond routine cleaning is recommended at this time.

In general, keep yourself safe and:

Wash hands frequently with soap and water for 20+ seconds. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer frequently throughout the day. Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.Do your best to avoid people who are sick. Avoid crowded places. Limit Travel.

Know the Symptoms:

WHAT ABOUT FACE MASKS?

The CDC and the World Health Organization advise people to wear a mask only if they are displaying symptoms of coronavirus, or taking care of a person with suspected coronavirus infection. The general public is not advised to use face masks for protection against coronavirus.

If you experienced any of the above listed symptoms, been diagnosed with COVID-19, or may have come in contact with someone who has been exposed to the caronavirus, contact your doctor right away, rand refrain from coming into the studio.
